New Ad: Debra Bartoshevich

For those who don't know, Debra Bartoshevich is a lifelong Democrat and was a delegate until she called shenanigans on the DNC and was summarily stripped of her status when she failed to fall in line behind Obama. It seems she who laughs last, laughs best.

I would love to buy that woman a wheel of cheese!

John McCain is diametrically opposed to everything that Hillary Clinton stands for, especially in regard to women's rights. By supporting for McCain, Debra is slapping her own 16-year-old daughter in the face.

Ha! Like any intelligent person is going to be influenced by a woman who's getting attention and monetary benefits from McCain. Next he'll put her in an ad with Paris Hilton...

And I know a TON of women who were once Republican but now are voting for Obama, including my 88-year old Christian grandmother from Indiana. Grandma knows best!

McCain has to ask himself if he really wants her in his camp. It is a bit like having an affair with a cheating wife...after she's left her husband for you, are you really going to trust her?

Thank you for posting this! It's a breathe of fresh air to see Debra standing up for what she believes in despite the so-called critics. We need more people in our world today like this, it would be such a better place. In summation all I have to say is YOU GO GIRL!

standing up for what she believes in? she sounds like the typical "grumpy old bag" of a Hillary supporter, who will be bitter over Clintons loss for years to come. It's too bad she couldn't stand up for what she says she believes in. Or else she's just a closet racist, like so many other HC backers.

LOVE this new ad! Thanks for putting it out there for all to see! Count me in as another Mom for McCain.

Two simple words: Supreme Court.

If John McCain is elected president he will appoint justices who will overturn Roe V. Wade. As a woman who supported Hillary Clinton, and as a nurse -- this ad makes me wonder what directs Debra's true moral compass.

I would hope that all mothers be they Republican or Democrat would take a moment and seriously think about protecting their daughters' right to control their lives.

John McCain said at the Saddleback Forum,
"I have a 25-year pro-life record in the Congress, in the Senate. And as President of the United States, I will be a pro-life president and this presidency will have pro-life policies. That’s my commitment, that’s my commitment to you."

Mothers when you tuck your daughters into bed tonight you might want to give that statement some thought.

So this is what stupid looks like. Very low-information voter..Bartoshevich doesn't even know McCain's anti-choice platform.

well now she has a website at bartoshevich.com that will never let her or anyone else forget what she did.

Did Debra get advice from Ted Thompson?

Umm, Debra also thinks McCain is pro-choice based on what he said in 1999. You can read about that at Time.com.

Get informed people!

Looks like Americans share Debra's preference for competent, proven leadership:

As a mother, when I tuck my daughter into bed each night, I am grateful at the life that has been handed over to me to nurture. Never once have I hoped to preserve my daughter's access to an abortion should she choose to have sex and become pregnant with my grandchild.

I owe it to my children to want better than that for them.

Regarding the original post, it's always nice to see people not afraid to change their minds for the better.

Bartoshevich doesn't realize that McCain has said he will work to overturn a woman's right to choose. She said "No McCain is Pro-choice!" Does Debra know something that McCain voters don't know? Like the evangelicals that just heard McCain say he's against choice at the faith forum. Hmmm... Debra and McCain must be pro-choice. Evangelicals look at the major flip flopper that you are going to rally around...maybe he's a pro-choicer in fake maverick clothing.

Good for Debra!

I don't know why some here just assume that Debra supports abortion rights just because she was a Hillary supporter. Many women who supported Hillary were also pro-life Christians and Catholics.

Please don't just assume that all Hillary supporters and/or female Democrats support abortion - because many do NOT.

People are saying how Republicans are voting for Obama now are doing a Fantastic job in their decision but when someone who is a democrate decides to vote republican they have their moral compass off track? Are you kidding me. Can you say Ignorant. People who vote BO have a serious character judgement issue.

Hilarious...bipolar...a complete tool or idiot one...hillary and mccain have two completely different platforms, it would be completely irrational to support hillary and mccain...complete madness. these are the ignorant misinformed folks that could throw this election to the republicans...very scary...vote for the party that your values align with, not for the puppet president. are you better off than you were 8 years ago?
